Each is structured to fit seamlessly into a demanding modern schedule.
The project is built on 23 years of management experience of founder Svetlana Ilyushchenko, accumulated at the world's largest international companies, institutions, consultancies and banks: Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank, HSBC, ING, UniCredit and others. PRO M | C | I was created as an environment where professionals find not only knowledge and physical practice, but also a circle of like-minded peers — people with a similar level of ambition and life experience.

Founder
23 years of management experience in the United Kingdom
Svetlana's professional journey spans long-term practice with top-tier banks, engineering and consulting firms across Russia and worldwide. She specialises in delivering analytical and advisory services to project owners, investors and financial institutions globally. Her consulting covers numerous sectors including banking, investment, engineering, construction, chemicals, oil & gas, energy, renewables, infrastructure, subsea and marine — both onshore and offshore. She has authored reports on unique and large-scale investment projects worldwide for investment bank clubs and investors, acting as an Independent Consultant (Lenders Advisory Services — LTC/LA) representing the interests of clients and investors. This experience forms a deep understanding of how real business works at the international level.
Among completed projects: Amur Gas Processing Plant, EuroChem, Duqm SEZAD and BAPCO. The scale and complexity of these and other assignments became the foundation of the DTI methodology: a systematic approach, high standards and a results-oriented mindset across every field.
